Where do you ship from?
We are a small Canadian shop and everything ships from Toronto. 

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Canada. We may ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. If you are outside of Canada and want us to ship an order to you please contact us directly at info@redthreaddesign.ca.

Notes on International Shipping: 

• For any orders outside Canada we will notify you of the shipping/duty cost before sending. Shipping costs are higher for orders outside North America, and US residents must pay the import duties.
• Please note that we are not responsible for customs or brokerage charges incurred on shipments traveling outside of Canada.

How much does shipping cost? 
All Canadian orders of $150+ are shipped free across Canada. All other Canadian orders are shipped for a flat fee of $15. 

Sizing / Units:
- For kids' sizing information, see below.
- Women's sizing info is described on each item.
- Fabrics are mostly sold by the half yard (one unit equals one half yard and multiple units will be cut as one continuous piece) unless stated otherwise in the item description.

When will my order be delivered?
Canadian orders are sent using either Canada Post expedited service or UPS, whichever is faster to your location. Most orders are processed and shipped within two business days and delivery is usually within 1-5 days depending on your location.

Can you ship directly to a gift recipient?
Yes! If your order is a gift, I am pleased to enclose a note on your behalf, to leave out the receipt, and to ship directly to the recipient. Just add this information at checkout or email me at info@redthreaddesign.ca

What about returns and exchanges?
Unworn items can be returned in their original condition for exchange or refund.
Please notify us of any returns within 7 days. You are responsible for the cost of shipping, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. All sale/discounted items are non-returnable unless damaged.

Is your email list secure?
We will not share or sell your personal information with third parties for any reason. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Caterpillar Dresses

Caterpillar dresses fit from about 12 months to about 3 (sometimes 4) years, first as a knee-length dress, then as a shorter dress, and then as a swing top. The chest measurement is that of an average 3 or 4-year-old.

* note: Our pants have an adjustable elastic waist and a buttoned-up cuff that can be folded down as your child grows. The cuff can be lowered to accommodate growing legs!
